Introductions
Megan presented an overview of the PNPA mission statement, objectives, projects in the works and timelines for projects.

- CCIPPA membership – end January
- NDI community funding – 16 February
Information about the CCIPPA workshop 26-27 March, 2010 in Quesnel

Alfred gave a presentation on the 2009 operation – successes and learning curve, things to change and improve.
- A proposed schedule for 2010 is available.
- Designs for proposed new MPU are coming along.
- Operation will be a Class C again this year.
- Discussion of large processing unit – potential for 1000 birds/day
- Need to create potential for docking stations that it can use.
- Need to try to double the numbers going through the MPU
Jan Lychak may have a docking station site in the Evelyn area. She will discuss this with Alfred.
Discussion on the requirements for docking stations
- How much water is needed
- Cost of setting up – how is the cost covered
- Potential amount to be paid to property owner
Executive will discuss meeting dates for other communities.
